With our 30 years plus experience in the business of motorcycles, AMC Parts and Workshop pride ourselves in providing expert knowledge of your Harley Davidson® or custom V-Twin motorcycle.  Our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction and offer free technical support via email ensuring you make the right choice of part or accessory, the first time, for your motorcycle.  If you have any issues with your order, please contact our friendly team or our technical support to resolve your issue.

OUR PRICES

Prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice.  Suggested retail prices listed in distributor catalogues may vary from AMC Parts retail prices.  Items can be withdrawn from sale at any time because we cannot control price increases from our distributors (we will not charge you the increased price without notifying you first).   WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS FOR COMPARABLE OR LIKE ITEMS.  Any item withdrawn from sale, which required a down payment, is subject to a 10% cancelation fee that will be deducted from the down payment.

Before placing your order for motorcycle parts, please ensure you check the fitment of the part against the make and model of your bike and any modifications may have been made in the past.  We go to great lengths to provide the accurate fitment information to alleviate any confusion whilst you are ordering.

Online: Orders can be placed online through our website.  We offer a secure environment for your privacy and protection.

Special Orders: If you are searching for a product we do not have listed or we do not have in stock, we will do our best to find it for you.  All special order parts require FULL payment in advance and there will be no returns on special orders.

PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASE

Credit Card Security Information: First-time orders may be required to ship to the billing address for the first 30 days.  First-time international customers may be required to fax to us the portion of their most recent billing statement showing the name, bank logo, billing address and last four digits of the credit card number before orders can ship.

PayPal®: With Paypal Express Checkout, you can make secure, fast and easy online payments every time you shop online.

PayPal Features:

PayPal Steps:

  1. During checkout, click the “Pay With PayPal” button.
  2. You will be transferred to the PayPal website.
  3. Log into your PayPal account, or sign up for a new account.
  4. Approve the transaction.
  5. You will be returned to the American Motorcycles website.
  6. Your payment will not be processed until you complete your order at the American Motorcycles website.

PayPal Restrictions:

  1. We only ship to verified PayPal addresses.
  2. PayPal is only available on orders with a known shipping amount and order total.
  3. PayPal is available in select countries, including:

    • Canada
    • Australia
    • Indonesia

AfterPay: AfterPay splits your payments over four equal instalments which are due every fortnight.  No lengthy process or wait times.  AfterPay simply uses your mobile phone number and a few personal details to create your account instantly.  Just nominate the card you want to use and automatic payments are scheduled for you.  You must be over 18 to use AfterPay.  Choose the AfterPay option at check out and you will be directed to their website to set up your account.

Direct Deposit: An order can be paid for at any Westpac branch around the country.  If this is the preferred option, we will email a deposit slip to take to the nearest Westpac branch.  We can only accept cash, money order or eftpos with this method.  Sorry no credit cards.  We cannot confirm the funds until the next working day.

Bank Transfer: Can be either a transfer from your bank or via “internet banking”.  We will provide a reference number.  We cannot confirm the funds until the next working day. Once your funds have been confirmed your order will be dispatched using your preferred method of postage.

Personal Cheque/Bank Cheque/Money Order: Once the order is confirmed and finalised, we will advise a total amount which can be paid for using this method.  Personal cheques can take up to 7 days to clear.  Once funds are cleared from either method goods will be dispatched the following day using your preferred method of postage.

CURRENCY

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars.  Pricing outside Australia is exclusive of GST.

All goods must be paid for in Australian Dollars (AUD) as calculated against current exchange rates. Goods cannot be shipped until funds are confirmed to be in our account.  An order number will be used as reference.
