If you have purchased an item which is Available On Backorder, your order will be processed and we will endeavour to have your item delivered within 7-10 working days. We will contact you via email directly if there are any further foreseen delays.
Your order will be available for pick up from our store, at 211 Albany Highway, Victoria Park, Western Australia, usually on the same day if your part is in stock. We will text or email you once your order is available for pick up. Please ensure you provide both a mobile phone number and email address at check out.
Before you come to pick up your goods please make sure you have a copy of your invoice or identification such as a current driver’s license to show proof of purchase.
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We use Toll Priority for deliveries within Australia and your order usually will arrive within 1-3 business days from the time of dispatch to all metropolitan areas.
Delivery to remote regional area’s and the Northern Territory should arrive within 4-6 working days from time of dispatch.
Toll Priority does not require a signature on delivery, however specifying a secure place to leave your package ensures your package doesn’t go missing. If you ARE NOT going to be home on the day of delivery, we suggest supplying a work address at checkout.
Toll Priority does not deliver to a PO Box address.
If you supply your email address at the time of checkout, Toll will contact you via email with your tracking number and you will be able to track your delivery online.
Purchases of $50.00 and over, being delivered to Australian Metropolitan Areas only, qualify for free freight.
Below are the freight costs for delivery to Australian Metropolitan Areas for orders less than $50.00.
Remote regional areas and the Northern Territory will incur an ADDITIONAL charges which will be calculated upon checkout.

Delivery times, both nationally and internationally, are only a guide and AMC Parts and Workshop is not liable for any late deliveries as well as any loss, or damage that many occur as a result of a late delivery.
